TERMS OF SERVICE
By placing an order with Sweet Spot Vegan you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

PRODUCTS
All deserts have a shelf life of 10-14 days and must be kept in a sealed container in a cool place.They can also be frozen for up to 3 months.Cakes should be eaten within 4 days and should be kept refrigerated. Our cakes sometimes contain non-edible items such as dowel and you will be notified on collection. It is your responsibility to remove these before serving or eating.
ALLERGENS
Please get in contact to discuss allergies before ordering. Our kitchen handles WHEAT, SOY & NUTS. Although we don't use any dairy products in our desserts.
While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are entirely free from traces of allergens.
SHIPPING
All items are dispatched 2-3 days after the order has been processed sent via Canada Post Xpresspost .
Please note* All our postal treats are baked & packaged with love & care. Refunds & replacements for cosmetic damage will be made at our discretion. Please provide a photo within 48 Hours of delivery.
Please note we do not ship certain items due to quality control. In addition we do not ship cupcakes or cakes.

Please email us within 3 days if your items has not arrived , this allows us to resolve any issue and ensure you received your order.
DEPOSITS
We require a 50% non- refundable deposit upfront for all special events .Once this deposit is received , your date and cake will be secured. The remaining balance for your cake is due 48 hours prior to your special event .If you are ordering with less than 1 week notice , full payment required upon booking . Your order is only confirmed once payment is received .If payment is not made by the agreement dates , we have a right to cancel the order .The deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable .
CANCELLATIONS ON COOKIES AND CAKES
If you place an order online and wish to cancel your order a store credit will be issued to you towards your next order.
For custom cakes and special event orders cancellations should be made within 24 hours of ordering. If full payment is made and you cancel 7 days prior to your event for any of our baked goods ,you will be refunded 50% but your deposit will be retained. If your event has been postponed we will transfer your order and payment to your new date, subjected to availability.

REFUNDS ON COOKIES AND CAKES
Due to the perishable nature of our products , unfortunately I am unable to offer refunds on any or our baked goods.Once you have placed an order it is your responsibility to be available to receive the delivery . All our postal treats are baked and packaged with love and care to ensure they arrive to you in the same condition they left us . Refunds and replacements for cosmetic damage will be made at our discretion. Please provide a photo within 12 hours of delivery.
